วันที่ 21 พฤศจิกายน 2568 นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาวนันทพัชญ์ แซ่ตั้ง นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ เข้าร่วมงาน “โครงการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการแก้ไขปัญหาผู้ครอบครองที่ดินในเขตปฏิรูปที่ดินที่ไม่ยินยอมเข้าสู่กระบวนการปฏิรูปที่ดินเพื่อเกษตรกรรม และพิธีมอบโฉนดเพื่อการเกษตร” ผ่านระบบ Video Conference พร้อมกันทั่วประเทศ 28 จังหวัด โดยมี ร้อยเอก ธรรมนัส พรหมเผ่า รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ เป็นประธานเปิดงานในภาพรวมจากจังหวัดราชบุรี สำหรับจังหวัดอุดรธานี ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายณัฐพงศ์ คำวงศ์ปิน รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธี ทำการปิดป้ายประกาศแจ้งให้พื้นที่เข้าสู่กระบวนการปฏิรูปที่ดิน รวมเนื้อที่ 332 ไร่ พร้อมทั้งมอบโฉนดเพื่อการเกษตร จำนวน 50 ฉบับ ให้แก่เกษตรกรตามหลักเกณฑ์ที่โปร่งใสและยุติธรรม สอดคล้องกับนโยบายรัฐบาลและเป้าหมายของ ส.ป.ก. ในการแก้ปัญหาการครอบครองที่ดินโดยมิชอบ และนำที่ดินกลับมาจัดสรรให้เกษตรกรผู้ไม่มีที่ดินทำกินต่อไป กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้น ณ บ้านนาดี หมู่ 7 ตำบลนาคำ และองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลนาคำ อำเภอบ้านดุง จังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยมีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ เจ้าหน้าที่กระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น รวมถึงกำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้านในพื้นที่ เข้าร่วมงาน Kick Off อย่างพร้อมเพรียง
ROAE3 Participates in the Kick-Off Event for the Policy Implementation Project on Resolving Landholder Issues in Land Reform Areas and the Agricultural Land Title Deed Presentation Ceremony
On 21 November 2025, Mrs. Athitaya Doungjunta, Acting Director of ROAE3, assigned Miss Nanthaphat Saetang, Plan and Policy Analyst, Professional Level, from the Agro Economic Zone Development Planning Group, to participate in the “Policy Implementation Project for Addressing Issues of Landholders in Land Reform Areas Who Refuse to Enter the Agricultural Land Reform Process, and the Agricultural Land Title Deed Presentation Ceremony.” The event was conducted via Video Conference simultaneously across 28 provinces nationwide.
The national event was presided over by Captain Thammanat Prompao, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, who officiated the opening ceremony from Ratchaburi Province.
In Udon Thani Province, the ceremony was honored by the presence of Mr. Nattapong Khamwongpin, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani, who chaired the provincial event. The program included the placement of an official notice requiring landholders to enter the land reform process, covering a total of 332 rai, and the distribution of 50 Agricultural Land Title Deeds to eligible farmers in a fair and transparent manner. This initiative aligns with government policies and the objectives of ALRO to address unlawful land occupation and reallocate land to landless farmers. The activity was held at Ban Na Dee, Village No. 7, Nakham Subdistrict, and at the Nakham Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Ban Dung District, Udon Thani Province. The event was attended by heads of government agencies, officials from the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, local administrative organizations, as well as village headmen and community leaders who joined the Kick-Off event in unity.
