วันที่ 17 มกราคม 2569 นางสาวปวริศา ศิริกุล รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 มอบหมายให้ นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ และนางสาวภัควดี อุสาพรม เจ้าพนักงานสถิติชำนาญงาน เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพิธีเทิดพระเกียรติวันพ่อขุนรามคำแหงมหาราช ประจำปี 2569 เพื่อน้อมรำลึกถึงพระมหากรุณาธิคุณของพระมหากษัตริย์ผู้ทรงประดิษฐ์อักษรไทย โดยมีนายราชันย์ ซุ้นหั้ว ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในพิธี และผู้แทนส่วนราชการหน่วยงานภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน ร่วมวางพานพุ่มดอกไม้สดขึ้นวางถวายราชสักการะพ่อขุนรามคำแหงมหาราชอย่างพร้อมเพรียง ณ พระบรมราชานุสาวรีย์พ่อขุนรามคำแหงมหาราช มหาวิทยาลัยรามคำแหง สาขาวิทยบริการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ อำเภอกุมภวาปี จังหวัดอุดรธานี
ROAE 3 Participates in The 2026 Annual King Ramkhamhaeng the Great Memorial Ceremony
On January 17, 2026, Ms. Pawalisa Sirikul, Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3) assigned Ms. Narinpat Lakapunrat, Policy and Plan Analyst, Senior Professional Level, and Ms. Phakawadee Usaphrom, Senior Statistical Officer, to attend The 2026 Annual King Ramkhamhaeng the Great Memorial Ceremony.
The ceremony was held to commemorate the royal grace of King Ramkhamhaeng the Great, the benevolent monarch who created the Thai alphabet. Mr. Rachai Sunhua, Governor of Udon Thani Province, presided over the ceremony. Representatives from various government agencies and the private sector gathered to perform the floral bush offering as a gesture of royal tribute.
The event took place at the Monument of King Ramkhamhaeng the Great, Ramkhamhaeng University, Chalerm Phra Kiat Regional Campus, Kumphawapi District, Udon Thani Province.
