วันที่ 30 กรกฎาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 อุดรธานี ได้มอบหมายให้นางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการพิเศษ และนายทักษิณ สิทธิพรหม นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผน ส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีลดต้นทุนการผลิตข้าว ภายใต้โครงการลดต้นทุนการผลิตด้านการเกษตรสำหรับเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกข้าว ปี 2568 จังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยมีนายณฐพล วิถี รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดอุดรธานี เป็นประธานในการเปิดงาน ณ ศูนย์ข้าวชุมชนบ้านโนนกอก ตำบลหนองนาคำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดอุดรธานี นายนรภัทร ศรีษะนอก ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์เมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวอุดรธานี พร้อมทีมงานสำนักงานศูนย์เมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวอุดรธานี ผู้จัดกิจกรรม กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วมงาน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและเกษตรกรจำนวน 1,200 ราย

ROAE 3 Participates in Rice Production Cost Reduction Technology Transfer Activity under the Agricultural Production Cost Reduction Project for Rice Farmers, Year 2025, Udon Thani Province

On July 30, 2025, Ms. Usa Tonphalin, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3) assigned Ms. Narinpat Lekhapanrat, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst (Special Level), and Mr. Thaksin Sittiphrom, Policy and Planning Analyst from the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, to participate in the rice production cost reduction technology transfer activity under the Agricultural Production Cost Reduction Project for Rice Farmers, Year 2025, Udon Thani Province. The event was presided over by Mr. Nathaphon Vithi, Deputy Governor of Udon Thani Province, at the Ban Non Kok Community Rice Center, Nong Na Kham Sub-district, Mueang District, Udon Thani Province. Mr. Norapat Srisanok, Director of the Udon Thani Rice Seed Center, along with the team from the Udon Thani Rice Seed Center Office, welcomed the participants, which included government department heads and farmers totaling 1,200 attendees.
