เมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฏาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท. 3) เข้าร่วมการประชุมประชาพิจารณ์ร่างแผนพัฒนาเกษตรและสหกรณ์จังหวัดบึงกาฬ (พ.ศ. 2566-2570) ฉบับทบทวน ปีงบประมาณ 2570 โดยมีนายสมหวัง อารีย์เอื้อ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดบึงกาฬ เป็นประธานการประชุม ณ ห้องปรุชมสิรินธรวัลลี ชั้น 4 ศากลางจังหวัดบึงกาฬ โดยในการประชุมครั้งนี้ ผอ. สศท. 3 ให้ความเห็นและเสนอแนะในกหลายประเด็นต่อที่ประชุม เพื่อให้การขับเคลื่อนการทำงานเกิดความชัดเจนและประเสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น

On July 9, 2025, Ms. Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Region Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE Region 3), attended a public hearing on the revised draft of the Bung Kan Provincial Agricultural and Cooperative Development Plan (2023–2027), fiscal year 2027 edition. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Somwang Areeuea, Deputy Governor of Bung Kan Province, and held at the Sirindhornwanlee Conference Room, 4th Floor, Bung Kan Provincial Hall. During the meeting, the Director of ROAE3 provided comments and recommendations on several key issues to enhance clarity and effectiveness in the implementation of the plan.
