วันที่ 26 – 27 พฤษภาคม 2568 นางธัญธิตา บุญญมณีกุล รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรให้เกียรติเป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด โครงการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ หลักสูตร “การพัฒนาศักยภาพเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา (ศกอ.)” ณ โรงแรมอัศวรรณ ตำบลโพธิ์ชัย อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองคาย ผ่านทางระบบการประชุมทางไกลด้วยโปรแกรม Zoom Cloud Meetings เพื่อสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา (ศกอ.) โดยมี นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (ผอ.สศท.3) เป็นผู้กล่าวรายงานในการอบรมครั้งนี้ โดยมี เศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอาสา ศกอ. และเจ้าหน้าที่ สศท.3 เข้าร่วมอบรมรวม
92 คน ได้รับการอบรมและรับฟังบรรยาย ในหัวข้อเรื่อง มาตรการและนโยบายที่สำคัญด้านการเกษตร “lgnite Thailand”, การขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมอาสากองทุนปรับโครงสร้างการผลิตภาคเกษตรเพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถการแข่งขันของประเทศ (อสก.) , การบรรยายและฝึกปฎิบัติการการรายงานราคาสินค้ารายสัปดาห์ผ่าน Application “ราคา Farm” , การบรรยายและฝึกปฏิบัติการรายงานสถานการสินค้าเกษตรที่สำคัญและภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตร, การจัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ เสนอปัญหา/อุปสรรค แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพของ ศกอ. และการปรับปรุงแผนการดำเนินงานของ สศท.3
ROAE3 Organizes a Workshop on “Capacity Building for Agricultural Economic Volunteers (AEVs)”
On May 26–27, 2025, the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3) organized a hands-on training workshop titled “Capacity Building for Agricultural Economic Volunteers (AEVs)” at Asawann Hotel, Pho Chai Subdistrict, Mueang District, Nong Khai Province. The opening ceremony was honored by the presence of Mrs. Tantita Bunyamaneekul, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics, who presided over the event via Zoom Cloud Meetings.
The workshop aimed to strengthen the knowledge and capacity of Agricultural Economic Volunteers (AEVs). Miss Usa Thonapalin, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural and Economics 3 (ROAE 3), delivered the opening report. A total of 92 participants, including AEVs and ROAE3 staff, took part in the training.
Participants attended lectures and practical sessions on a variety of key topics, including:
• Agricultural policies and strategic measures under the “Ignite Thailand” initiative
• Promotion of volunteer activities under the Agricultural Production Restructuring Fund (APRF) to enhance national competitiveness
• Reporting weekly agricultural product prices using the “ราคา Farm” application
• Reporting on the status of key agricultural commodities and agricultural disasters
• A knowledge-sharing forum for identifying challenges, obstacles, and actionable solutions to improve AEV operations • Reviewing and improving the operational plan of ROAE3
