วันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 เป็นประธานการประชุม จัดประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) เรื่อง “การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร (ไร่ธารธรรม) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเลย” ณ ไร่ธารธรรม ศูนย์เรียนรู้และท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ตำบลศรีสองรัก อำเภอเมืองเลย จังหวัดเลย และเสนอให้ที่ประชุมทราบถึงความเป็นมาในการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร และการรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายและมาตรการในระดับพื้นที่ และนางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ นำเสนอผลการศึกษา เรื่อง การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร (ไร่ธารธรรม) ในพื้นที่จังหวัดเลย ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไปของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ข้อมูลทั่วไปและพฤติกรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวในการซื้อหรือใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ตลอดจนการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอก เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรในพื้นที่จังหวัดเลย และขอความคิดเห็นจากที่ประชุม ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนหน่วยงานในและนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และเกษตรกร ในจังหวัดเลย เข้าร่วมประชุมหารือ 25 คน
ROAE 3 Organizes Focus Group Discussion on “Study of Organic Agriculture Development Guidelines for Agritourism (ThanTham Farm) in Loei Province”
July 23, 2025 Ms. Usa Tonphalin, the Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3), chaired the focus group discussion on “Study of Organic Agriculture Development Guidelines for Agritourism (ThanTham Farm) in Loei Province” at ThanTham Farm, Agricultural Learning and Tourism Center, Si Song Rak Sub-district, Mueang Loei District, Loei Province. She presented the background and objectives of the study on organic agriculture development guidelines for agritourism and emphasized the importance of gathering input from all sectors to formulate policy recommendations and area-level measures. Ms. Narinphat Lekhaphanrachat, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst, presented the study results on “Guidelines for Developing Organic Agriculture for Agritourism (ThanTham Farm) in Loei Province.” The presentation covered general information about agritourism sites, general information and behavioral patterns of tourists regarding purchases and service utilization at agritourism destinations, as well as internal and external environmental analysis. The study aimed to propose guidelines for developing organic agriculture for agritourism in Loei Province and sought feedback from the participants. The focus group discussion was attended by 25 participants, including heads of government agencies and representatives from organizations both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, as well as farmers from Loei Province.
