วันที่ 18 กรกฎาคม 2568 นางสาวอุษา โทณผลิน ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (ผอ.สศท.3) มอบหมายให้นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา ผู้อำนวยการส่วนแผนพัฒนาเขตเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (ผอ.สผศ.) เป็นประธานการประชุมระดมความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) “การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรในพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนคร” ณ ห้องประชุมเทสรังสี ชั้น 2 ศาลากลางจังหวัดสกลนคร (หลังเก่า) อำเภอเมืองสกลนคร จังหวัดสกลนคร
นางอาทิตยา ดวงจันทา ผอ.สผศ. ได้เสนอให้ที่ประชุมทราบถึงความเป็นมาในการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร และการรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อจัดทำข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายและมาตรการในระดับพื้นที่ และนางสาวณรินทร์ภัทร เลขะพันท์รัชต์ นักวิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผนชำนาญการ นำเสนอผลการศึกษา เรื่อง การศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ในพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนคร (วิสาหกิจชุมชนแปรรูปน้ำผลไม้ภูพานช้างพลังสอง) ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไปของแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ข้อมูลทั่วไปและพฤติกรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวในการซื้อหรือใช้บริการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร ตลอดจนการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมภายในและภายนอก เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาเกษตรอินทรีย์เพื่อการท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรในพื้นที่จังหวัดสกลนคร และขอความคิดเห็นจากที่ประชุม ทั้งนี้มีหัวหน้าส่วนราชการและผู้แทนหน่วยงานในและนอกสังกัดกระทรวงเกษตรและสหกรณ์ และเกษตรกร ในจังหวัดสกลนคร เข้าร่วมประชุมหารือ 25 คน
ROAE 3 Organizes Focus Group Discussion on “Study of Organic Agriculture Development Guidelines for Agritourism in Sakon Nakhon Province”
July 18, 2025 Ms. Usa Tonphalin, the Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE3), assigned Ms. Athittaya Duangchanta, Director of the Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division (AEZDPD), to chair the focus group discussion on “Study of Organic Agriculture Development Guidelines for Agritourism in Sakon Nakhon Province” at Thetsarangsee Conference Room, 2nd Floor, Sakon Nakhon Provincial Hall (Old Building), Mueang Sakon Nakhon District, Sakon Nakhon Province.
Ms. Athittaya Duangchanta, Director of AEZDPD, presented the background and objectives of the study on organic agriculture development guidelines for agritourism and the importance of gathering input from all sectors to formulate policy recommendations and area-level measures. Ms. Narinphat Lekhaphanrachat, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst, presented the study results on “Guidelines for Developing Organic Agriculture for Agritourism in Sakon Nakhon Province (Phu Phan Chang Phalang Song Community Enterprise for Fruit Processing).” The presentation covered general information about agritourism sites, general information and behavioral patterns of tourists regarding purchases and service utilization at agritourism destinations, as well as internal and external environmental analysis. The study aimed to propose guidelines for developing organic agriculture for agritourism in Sakon Nakhon Province and sought feedback from the participants. The focus group discussion was attended by 25 participants, including heads of government agencies and representatives from organizations both within and outside the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, private sector representatives, and farmers from Sakon Nakhon Province.
