วันที่ 10 เมษายน 2569 สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) จัดประชุมข้าราชการและเจ้าหน้าที่ ครั้งที่ 7/2569 โดยมี นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการ สศท.3 เป็นประธาน ณ ห้องประชุมเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรพัฒนา ชั้น 2 สศท.3
สาระสำคัญของการประชุมและมาตรการขับเคลื่อนองค์กร
ติดตามผลดำเนินงาน: รับทราบความคืบหน้าแผนงานและงบประมาณประจำปี 2569 รายงานผลปฏิบัติงาน: สรุปภาพรวมการทำงานจากทุกส่วนและฝ่ายงานเฝ้าระวังภัยไซเบอร์: อัปเดตข้อมูลข่าวสารด้านความปลอดภัยทางดิจิทัล (Cyber Security) เพื่อการปฏิบัติงานที่รัดกุม
วินัยการใช้ทรัพยากรส่วนรวม: กำชับการดูแลและจัดระเบียบการใช้รถยนต์ราชการ พร้อมควบคุมมาตรการประหยัดพลังงานภายในหน่วยงานอย่างเคร่งครัด ยกระดับ “องค์กรแห่งความสุข”: ขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือผ่านกิจกรรมสร้างสรรค์ อาทิ โครงการสภากาแฟ, โครงการขยะทองคำ และ Smart OAE R.3 Go Green เพื่อมุ่งสู่การเป็นหน่วยงานสีเขียวและสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ดีร่วมกัน
กิจกรรม “สวัสดีปีใหม่ไทย ร่วมสืบสานวัฒนธรรมไทย”
ภายหลังการประชุม สศท.3 ได้ร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรมเนื่องในเทศกาลสงกรานต์ เพื่ออนุรักษ์ขนบธรรมเนียมอันดีงามและสร้างความรักความผูกพันภายในองค์กร ดังนี้
พิธีสรงน้ำพระพุทธรูป: เพื่อความเป็นสิริมงคลในการเริ่มต้นปีใหม่ไทย
พิธีรดน้ำดำหัวขอพรผู้อาวุโส: บุคลากรได้ร่วมแสดงมุทิตาจิตและความกตัญญูกตเวทีต่อผู้ใหญ่ พร้อมรับคำอวยพรเพื่อขวัญและกำลังใจในการทำงาน
เสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กร: กิจกรรมนี้ถือเป็นประเพณีที่ปฏิบัติสืบต่อกันมา เพื่อกระชับความสัมพันธ์และสะท้อนถึงเอกลักษณ์ความเป็นไทยที่งดงาม การจัดกิจกรรมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างรอยยิ้มและความสามัคคี ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรทำงานร่วมกันอย่างมีความสุขตามวิถีวัฒนธรรมไทยที่เข้มแข็ง
ROAE3 Holds April Monthly Meeting (Session 7/2026) and Hosts 2026 Songkran Celebration
On April 10, 2026, the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3 (ROAE 3) convened its April Monthly Meeting (Session 7/2026). The session was chaired by Mr. Phaitoon Silaphat, Director of ROAE 3, at the Agricultural Economics Development Meeting Room.
Key Meeting Highlights and Organizational Drive
The meeting focused on performance tracking and enhancing operational efficiency through the following measures:
Operational Monitoring: Reviewed the progress of work plans and the 2026 fiscal year budget.
Performance Reporting: Summarized the performance outcomes from all divisions and departments.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Updated staff on digital security protocols to ensure secure and cautious work practices.
Resource Discipline: Reaffirmed strict guidelines for the management of official vehicles and enforced rigorous energy-saving measures within the office.
Elevating the “Happy Workplace”: Promoted organizational collaboration through creative initiatives, including the Coffee Council, the Golden Waste project, and the Smart OAE R.3 Go Green initiative, all aimed at fostering a sustainable, green office environment.
“Sawasdee Pi Mai Thai: Preserving Thai Culture”
Following the meeting, ROAE 3 organized a Songkran Festival event to honor Thai traditions and foster harmony within the organization. Activities included:
Bathing of the Buddha Image: A traditional ceremony performed to bring auspicious blessings for the Thai New Year.
Rod Nam Dum Hua Ceremony: Staff participated in the tradition of pouring water on the hands of seniors to show respect and gratitude, receiving blessings to boost morale for the year ahead.
Strengthening Corporate Culture: This annual tradition serves to tighten bonds between colleagues while reflecting the beauty of Thai heritage. The event concluded with a focus on unity and shared success, encouraging staff to collaborate happily while upholding cherished Thai cultural values.
