รองเลขาธิการ สศก. ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมวิสาหกิจชุมชนภูคำ จ.เลย

วันที่ 7 สิงหาคม 2569 นายครองศักดิ์ สงรักษา รองเลขาธิการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร พร้อมด้วย นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 ลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมวิสาหกิจชุมชนภูคำ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดเลย ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มแปรรูปสมุนไพรอินทรีย์ พัฒนาเพิ่มมูลค่าเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์เกษตรมูลค่าสูง ภายใต้แบรนด์ “ภูคำ” ได้แก่ ผงปรุงรสและผงโรยอาหารสมุนไพร (ผงข่า ผงตะไคร้ ผงใบย่านาง ผงใบมะกรูด) ชาสมุนไพร สเปรย์ตะไคร้หอม และชุดเครื่องแกงกึ่งสำเร็จรูป (ผงแกงอ่อม ผงแกงใบย่านาง ชุดเครื่องต้มยำอบแห้ง แกงขี้เหล็กกึ่งสำเร็จรูป) นอกจากนี้ ยังได้ให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และการนำเสนอโครงงานการอาชีพจากนักเรียนโรงเรียนองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดเลย 3 (บ้านนาฟาก) ที่ได้นำองค์ความรู้จากวิสาหกิจชุมชนภูคำ ไปต่อยอดแปรรูปสมุนไพรท้องถิ่นเป็นสบู่และแชมพู เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะอาชีพและการสร้างรายได้ระหว่างเรียนให้แก่เยาวชนในชุมชน

OAE Deputy Secretary-General Visits Phu Kham Community Enterprise in Loei Province

On August 7, 2026, Mr.Kronsak Songraksa, Deputy Secretary-General of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE), along with Mr.Paitoon Silapat, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 3, visited the Phu Kham Community Enterprise in Mueang Loei District, Loei Province. The enterprise focuses on organic herb processing and adding value to transform products into high-value agricultural items under the “Phu Kham” brand, including herbal seasonings and food topping powders (galangal powder, lemongrass powder, yanang leaf powder, kaffir lime leaf powder), herbal tea, citronella mosquito repellent spray, and semi-finished curry kits (om curry powder, yanang leaf curry powder, dried tom yum ingredient set, semi-finished cassia leaf curry). Additionally, recommendations were provided for product development and student vocational project presentations from Loei Provincial Administrative Organization School 3 (Ban Na Fak). The students applied knowledge gained from the Phu Kham Community Enterprise to process local herbs into soap and shampoo, aiming to promote vocational skills and generate income during their studies for youth in the community.
