ผอ.สศท.3 เข้าร่วมการประชุมประจำปี 2569 ของ สศช. เรื่อง “แผน 14: เปลี่ยนไทยให้ไปไกลกว่าเดิม” Thailand’s Next Agenda

วันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569 นายไพฑูรย์ สีลาพัฒน์ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 3 (สศท.3) เข้าร่วมการประชุมประจำปี 2569 ของสำนักงานสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ (สศช.) เรื่อง “แผน 14: เปลี่ยนไทยให้ไปไกลกว่าเดิม” (Thailand’s Next Agenda) ณ ห้องแกรนด์ไดมอนด์บอลรูม ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุม อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี จังหวัดนนทบุรี โดยมีนายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย กล่าวเปิดการประชุมและแสดงปาฐกถาพิเศษ

การประชุมมีการนำเสนอ “ร่างแผน 14: เปลี่ยนไทยให้ไปไกลกว่าเดิม” โดยนายดนุชา พิชยนันท์ เลขาธิการสภาพัฒนาการเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ และการเสวนาในหัวข้อ “ประเทศไทยในโลกที่ไม่เหมือนเดิม: เปลี่ยนอย่างไรให้ไปต่อ” ครอบคลุมประเด็นการพลิกโฉมเศรษฐกิจไทยบนฐานผลิตภาพและนวัตกรรม การยกระดับศักยภาพธุรกิจไทยให้แข่งขันได้ในระดับสากล การวางตำแหน่งประเทศไทยเพื่อคว้าโอกาสในระเบียบโลกใหม่ การพัฒนาคนและเทคโนโลยีเพื่อสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ตลอดจนการปฏิรูปภาครัฐ ในช่วงบ่าย มีการประชุมระดมความเห็นกลุ่มย่อยจำนวน 5 กลุ่ม ตามเสาหลักการพัฒนาภายใต้ร่างแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ 14 ได้แก่ การปรับโครงสร้างเศรษฐกิจ การปฏิรูปภาครัฐ การยกระดับทุนมนุษย์ การบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน และการถ่ายทอดและลงทุนในวิจัย เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรม การประชุมครั้งนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมจำนวน 2,000 คน

Director of The ROAE3 Participates in the NESDC Annual Meeting 2026 on “The 14th Plan: Taking Thailand Further”

On 30 September 2026, Mr. Pairtorn Silapath, Director of the 3rd Regional Office of Agricultural Economics (ROAE3), attended the Annual Meeting 2026 of the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC) on “The 14th Plan: Taking Thailand Further” (Thailand’s Next Agenda), held at the Grand Diamond Ballroom, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi Province. Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, delivered the opening remarks and a keynote address.

The meeting featured a presentation on “The Draft 14th Plan: Taking Thailand Further” by Mr. Danucha Pichayanan, Secretary-General of the National Economic and Social Development Council, followed by a panel discussion on “Thailand in a Changing World: How to Transform and Move Forward.” The discussion covered transforming Thailand’s economy through productivity and innovation; strengthening Thai businesses’ competitiveness in international markets; positioning Thailand to seize opportunities in the new global order; developing human resources and technology to enhance competitiveness; and public sector reform. The afternoon session featured five breakout discussion groups based on the five development pillars of the draft 14th National Economic and Social Development Plan: economic restructuring; public sector reform; human capital development; sustainable management of natural resources and the environment; and transfer and investment in research, technology, and innovation.
